I’m Hal Hovey. I am a Realtor/Broker with Coldwell Banker Koetje Real Estate in Oak Harbor, WA. I help people who want to buy or sell homes in Oak Harbor, Anacortes, and everywhere else on Whidbey Island and Fidalgo Island.

Moving every few years in the military taught me a lot about buying and selling real estate from a homeowner’s view point. I have taken those experiences and built upon them with extensive professional training to become a highly experienced and successful real estate agent.
